I've recently decided to do my own take on the Wizard of Oz story by Frank L. Baum and W.W. Denslow. I've decided to follow the original layout of the characters in the drawing plates but went on my own with the character and color styling..this guy here with a hat is on of the 6 characters in the 3rd plate in the original edition. Since i use AI and PS on this one...i decided to draw each character separately and just place em all together in the bg.
